Trevor FrankSMITHof 13 Whieldon Close, Amersham, sadly passed away on the 23rd September 2015 aged 78. A loving husband, father, grandfather and great grandfather. He is survived by his wife Joan. A funeral service is to be held at the Hampden Chapel, Amersham Crematorium on the 21st October at 11am. All are welcome to attend. Donations, in memory of Trevor, are welcome at the Alzheimer's Society c/o H.C.Grimstead, 10 Hill Avenue, Amersham, HP6 5BW. His wife, Joan, and children Peter, Roger, Amanda and Clive.
